RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Liorenne Montréal.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items:

• Have not been worn;
• Have not been washed or altered;
• Still have all original tags attached;
• Are in their original, resalable condition; and
• Are accompanied by a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Which items are final sale or not eligible for return or exchange?

For hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are final sale:

• Opened socks or hosiery;
• Shapewear;
• Jewelry, including pierced earrings and toe rings;
• Gift cards;
• Products specifically marked Final Sale; and
• Items purchased in-store where the price ends in .97.

Please check the product information before completing your purchase, as final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?

Yes. Items purchased using a gift card may be returned when they meet our return requirements.

Refunds are generally issued according to the original payment method.

Online purchases paid with a gift card

If an online order was paid for using a gift card and the eligible item is returned by mail, the applicable refund will be issued as an electronic gift card after the return has been received and processed.

The electronic gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.

In-store purchases paid with a gift card

For eligible in-store returns that were originally paid for with a gift card, the refund may be provided as an exchange or gift card for the applicable amount paid.

Purchases paid with both a credit card and gift card

If you used both a credit card and a gift card for your purchase, the refund will first be applied to the credit card portion of the original payment.

Any remaining refundable amount will then be issued as an electronic gift card.
